Dill - Mammoth (Anethum graveolens)
This herb is commonly used for soups, stews and pickling.
Dill is easy to grow and attracts beneficial insects to your garden,
such as wasps, ladybugs and other predatory insects. Dill grows to 3
feet tall or more with slender stems and alternate, finely divided,
softly delicate leaves 3–7" long. As soon as the plant
has four to five leaves, you can start harvesting. Pinch off the
leaves or cut them off with scissors. You can dry them or use them
fresh.
